A Rules Violation Report may be filed for any violation of the ACH rules. To begin this process, any ACH participant may submit a 'Report of Possible ACH Rules Violation' to their Regional Payments Association (if you not sure if your RPA will handle this report on your behalf, please contact them first). Members of EastPay can be assured that we will handle any rules violations seriously and handle them appropriately.

The complainant must be a party to the transaction. Form and filing information is located on the 'Report of Possible ACH Rules Violation'. You may download this form by clicking here.
