Background

The Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates to the Board of Directors in January 2009 for election to the offices of Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary/Treasurer. The candidates will be identified from the pool of Directors cited above who are eligible to serve as officers. Directors who are employed by depository financial institutions and who can fulfill the two-year officer commitment (within their elected Board term) are eligible to serve as officers. The membership will be notified of the results of the officer elections in January 2009.
