EastPay has various member-run committees that assist the organization in different fields of interest. Each committee is facilitated by an EastPay staff member. The meeting schedules are dependent upon certain factors and vary from committee to committee. All meetings are held via conference call on our own toll-free phone number. Travel is not required. Your time is greatly appreciated by us, and your active participation is vital.
Conference Committees
Each of our annual conferences, Information Interchange and the Operations Technology Conference, are planned by volunteer committees that determine the theme of the conference and guide the selection of topics and speakers.
Membership Committee
As EastPay looks to increase its membership, we need creative ways to entice members to join. This Committee seeks ways to recognize and promote the benefits of EastPay membership to both current and potential member financial institutions with the purpose of retaining current members, increasing the overall membership, and increasing the utilization of the ACH network. Fresh concepts and ideas are important for success on this committee.
EastPay Rules and Operations Committee
